Wednesday night league is intended to be our most highly competitive league night and typically plays 8-end games. Members that hope to play down for club, state, and national events or intend to compete at the A-level in bonspiels should strongly consider joining this league. There will be an additional $25/person buy-in for the competitive league, to disburse as prize money at the end!!
Curlers form their own teams or may contact the league chair for assistance finding a team. List your Skip's name (or an agreed-upon team name) under Team Name. You must all list the same person or team name as the Team Name and make sure the spelling matches, in order for the team registration to work. (If you are registering as an individual, just put "Individual" under Team Name, but the expectation for Wednesdays is team registration.)
There will be two draws per night: 6-8pm, and 8:30-10:30pm. Each team will only play one draw per night. The goal is to play 8 ends per game. The no-tick rule is applied in this league.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. TEAMS MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED (ALL 4+ MEMBERS REGISTERED) TO BE GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE LEAGUE. Make sure all registrants list the same Skip name.
This league has capacity for 10 teams. Bye weeks will be added if there are an odd number of teams or more than eight teams sign up. Participants may be asked to join other nights with capacity once this league is filled.
