Registration

The Board has updated our fee structure for the 2025-2026 season, moving to a new flat fee membership + league fee structure. Our goal was to keep costs relatively stable compared to the past two seasons, and simplify the registration process. But because of the new structure, plus a new registration system, things will look different, and there will be slight price differences compared to last year (some higher, some lower) depending on what options you select.

A few things to keep in mind:

• This new system uses discounts, so instead of having 8 - 10 different options when you register, you'll just see the basics, and then discounts will be applied as you add items to your cart.
• The new system uses an "account" (just your email address) to track payments, and then within your account you set up one (or more) curler "Profiles".
• Parents/guardians: you can set up profiles for each of your kids, all under your one account (and pay for them all together). If you enter your child's email address in their Profile, then they will also be able to log into see their schedule, etc.
• If you are signing up as a team/group, you will all register individually, and you all need to put the SAME NAME under "Team Name". It can be whatever you decide, just make sure you all enter the same thing (spelled the same way). This is the information the system (and we) use to build teams.

Registration for all opened on 9/9/25. Note: purchasing a membership does NOT include leagues; league registration opens 9/9/25.

Membership Levels

Membership is required for all curling members and includes USA Curling membership, ability to purchase alcohol at the club, ability to book practice rental time, and ability to sub, but does not by itself include league participation (other than in the Saturday Night Drop-In league). Everyone who wants to curl should select the General Membership product on the Products page. The final cost of the membership will be calculated with discounts that get applied during the rest of the registration process.

Membership costs are as follows:

• General membership: $300
• First-year curler: $150
• Junior curler: $50
• Military: 10% off

League Options

Leagues are separate from products, and the cost depends on the league(s) selected. The league fees displayed on the league page may not be your final cost, as there are discounts for playing multiple nights. To select your league(s) go to the Leagues page. If you haven't already added a membership product to your card the system will automatically prompt you to add a membership. Unlike previous years, you will be able to add additional options even after you’ve paid for some. And the discounts will automatically still be applied.

League fees are as follows:

• Monday league: $75 for Fall OR Spring session; $125 for full year
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday leagues: $175 for 1 night; $300 for 2 nights; $400 for all 3.
• Friday league: $50
• Saturday league: Free for all members.  $25 for drop-ins.
• Saturday Junior Program: $100 per session or $200 for full year.
